A regional leadership program that empowers young politicians in Africa. Participants gain tools to drive change in democracy, gender equality, and human rights.

A multi-party program aimed at increasing women’s participation and influence in politics in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. Through training and practical exercises, women gain the political tools and the confidence needed to speak in front of others and to take their place in the public sphere.

In several countries across Latin America, the PAOLA program gives young, civically engaged individuals the opportunity to grow as leaders. They gain practical tools to make their voices heard and contribute to a more inclusive society.

KIC strengthens sister parties around the world by developing their organizations, promoting the political influence of young people and women, and supporting value-based and inclusive democracy.

The program strengthens women and young local politicians in East Africa through training and cross-party networking.
