The Christian Democratic International Center (KIC) is a party-affiliated organization working with democracy assistance and strengthening of human rights. KIC is currently implementing programs in Eastern Europe, Africa and Latin America. The goal of our activities is to contribute to effective democratic development through collaboration with political parties, democracy activists and free media. Depending on the context, we work directly with likeminded sister parties, or with a multi-party approach. Our objectives depend on the local needs and capacities, but are often geared towards increasing the influence of youth and women in politics.
